How do I register on

Registration on PrivyPleasures is a simple process that can be completed in 3 simple steps:

1) Click on the log-in link on the right-top part of the home page.

2) Type in your Email address in the new user section

3) Enter your favoured Password, confirm the Password. That’s it.


What is My Account?

"My Account" allows you complete control over your transactions at Not only can you manage/edit all your personal data like address, phone numbers, email ids, but you can also change your user ids and passwords. You can also track the status of your pending orders or edit them through this section.


What is discreet packaged/shipment?

We offer discreet packaging, which means packing used is general and do not have any PrivyPleasures logo on it. Also, we used non-descriptive from/return address. In short, no one will know what is inside or where it is coming from. So you can even accept delivery at your office/shop.


I forgot my password. What should I do?

If you forget your password, we can email you a new, secure password. Go to "log in" which is located in the top right-hand corner of any page. Then click on the link “Forgot password?” located on the Account Login section. We will be sending you a mail on your registered email ID with instructions on creating a new password.


What is a Shopping Cart?

An online shopping cart is similar to the cart you use in physical supermarkets. You add items that you wish to purchase into it and proceed to pay for your order. You can add as many items you want from our store.


What does "Send to a Friend" mean? 

All items at have a "Send to a Friend" option. Using this, an email is sent to your friend on your behalf, with a recommendation message.

Shipping and Payment


How can I pay online?

We are offering a secure online payment gateway powered by CC-Avenue. This service is totally risk-free. You can pay using your Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking. The product cost will be charged against respective Card. This is a very easy and efficient way of payment. Orders above 499 Rs will not attract any Shipping cost. Orders below 499 Rs will attract 50 Rs shipping cost.


What is Cash on delivery (COD)?

Cash on delivery (COD) is the safest mode of payment from customer viewpoint. In COD you pay in CASH against delivery of the product. The product will be delivered in a sealed condition. Please DO NOT accept any packet which appears to be tampered or damaged externally.


What is Shipping & COD cost?

For online payment less than 499 Rs, the shipping cost of 50 Rs is applicable. For online payment greater than 499 Rs, shipping is totally free!!!

For COD orders less than 498 Rs, shipping Rs 50 + COD charges Rs 50 is applicable.

For COD orders greater than 498 Rs and less than Rs 1999, COD charge of 50 Rs is applicable. 

For COD orders greater than 2000 Rs there is No Shipping and No COD charge.


What is verification of order and time taken?

Cash on delivery orders are subject to verification by phone/mobile. This is to insure, order is placed by a real person, to confirm details required and update them if required. You can also clear any doubts if you have. In most cased verification is done on the same day or following business day if order is placed after 5.00 PM.


What is the estimated dispatch time?

It will take 2-4 working days currently as couriers are not fully operational due to COVID situation.

We ensure that the product gets dispatched to the customer same working day if the order is placed before 5 PM. If the order is placed after 5 PM we dispatch it next working day. 


What is the estimated delivery time for a product?

Please expect some delay in delivery due to COVID Situation 

Depending upon your location it may take anywhere from 1 to 4 business days for delivery. Delivery time depends on how well your city is connected with various courier providers and national routes. For example, customers in metro cities will receive shipment next day(for express shipping)earlier than those in some small town.

How does one place an order at PrivyPleasures?

Placing an order for any product with PrivyPleasures is quick and simple. As you browse through the, you can put the items that you want to purchase instantly in your Shopping Cart by clicking on the link 'Add/Add to Cart'. "'Add/Add to Cart" button is provided with every item that is displayed on the screen and for items in stock.  Once you have added the items you want to purchase to shopping cart, login with your mail address, enter your shipping address and the products you have purchased will soon be reaching you. 


How does my order get confirmed?

When you click on confirm order button on the last step of the payment process your order will get confirmed and an immediate email is sent to your Inbox confirming your order, with the following details; Order number, Payment option, Value, Status


Where can I view my previous orders?

If you want to view the details of all the orders you've placed with till date, login to your account and click on order history in My Account section. All the details will be displayed against the order numbers of your earlier purchases. You can also submit feedback about your order or write a review on the product you have purchased.


How do I check the current status of my orders?

You can check the status of your order in your Order History under My Account.


What does the different order status mean?

Following are the different order statuses you can find under your account history:

1) Pending – The product is in your Cart and verification is still pending for the same

2) Under Process – verification done; order now under process

3) Delivered – Shipment delivered to you

4) Cancelled – Order cancelled by you or us, due to insufficient information or failed verification.


When and how can I cancel an order?

You can initiate the cancellation of your order if your order status is either pending or under processed. Shipped/delivered order can’t be cancel.


What do I do in case I receive a defective/damaged item from

We ensure, all items are checked and inspected before delivery. In rare occasions, If an item ordered by you on is delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition, please update us at customer service by visiting contact us page for a replacement. Please ship damaged item to us, we will delivered fresh item to you.


Is there any minimum order value that I need to order? 

No. You can order as much or as little you want from any of our stores. At, we believe that all orders, irrespective of their values are equally important.


What is Free Size and One Size means? 

Free Size can fit for Small, Medium and Large sizes. One Size can fit to anyone.


How do I contact you regarding my order or anything?

Return of Products/Refund

All our product being intimate, for hygienic reasons, we do not offer return/refund of all products.

However, we offer return/refund only in case of manufacturing defect or incorrect product received. Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days. Please note, It may take some time for the refund to reflect in your bank account depending upon banks Rule. 


Gifting, Referrals and other


Can I send gifts to my friends and relatives through

Yes, Gifting at is possible, though you will have to pay before delivery. Please place the required order and pay online. You can add a note in ‘delivery instructions’ that you want to gift it. Please note gifting is not possible with COD option.


How do I use discount coupons at

You can use different types of discount voucher codes at while shopping online. Just fill in the voucher code during ordering, before checkout.


What is referral program and how it works?

Since you like our website and products, you are anyways going to refer it to your friends. What if that referral comes with a voucher of Rs 100. This is how it works.

1) Refer as many friends, relatives you want

2) For every first valid order placed by your referral you get a voucher of Rs 100
